B. 3450 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §29-22A-10 and §29-22A-10b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to racetrack video lottery; providing for certain transfers to and from the Licensed Racetrack Modernization Fund; specifying eligible purposes for recoupment of funds on deposit in facility modernization account within the Licensed Racetrack Modernization Fund; and modifying the distribution of net terminal income to counties where the video lottery terminals are located.”
